Dizziness is a symptom that most people experience. Dizziness can occur for many reasons. Some people suffer from dizziness due to insufficient blood supply to the brain, some due to anemia, and some due to nerve compression. Common symptoms associated with dizziness include irregular heartbeat, etc. When people feel dizzy, they will feel very nauseous and want to vomit. Let’s find out what to do if you feel dizzy and the world is spinning. Dizziness is a common functional brain disorder and one of the common clinical symptoms. It causes feelings of dizziness, head swelling, heaviness, shaking in the brain, blurred vision, etc. Dizziness can be caused by many reasons, the most common of which are febrile diseases, hypertension, cerebral arteriosclerosis, craniocerebral trauma syndrome, neurosis, etc. In addition, it is also seen in anemia, arrhythmia, heart failure, hypotension, drug poisoning, uremia, asthma, etc. Dizziness is also common in the early stages of depression. Dizziness can occur alone, but is often accompanied by headaches. When dizziness is accompanied by impaired balance or spatial orientation, the patient feels that the surrounding environment or himself is rotating, moving or shaking. Occasional dizziness or dizziness due to changes in body position will not be a big problem. However, if you feel dizzy for a long time, it may be a precursor to a serious illness and should be taken seriously. Treatment principles Dizziness can be treated by treating the cause and combining physical therapy, diet, and traditional Chinese medicine. Check for orthostatic hypotension. Ask whether the patient has a history of hypertension or hypoglycemia. The patient was asked to lie in a supine position, vital signs were measured every 15 minutes, and intravenous fluids were given. Give drug treatment when necessary. If there is hyperventilation, let the patient cover the nose with both hands or use a bag to breathe; if there is dizziness when standing, let the patient lie down to rest, and then stand up slowly. People with carotid artery allergy should avoid wearing clothing that restricts neck movement. Patients with transient ischemic attack or basilar artery insufficiency should turn their heads slowly and should actively receive standardized treatment. Improvement methods: 1. Pay attention to your sleeping posture. The pillow should not be too high. Your shoulders should be able to lean on the pillow and do not let your muscles be stressed. 2. Do body massage, acupuncture or cupping, etc.; 3. Get more rest and don’t stay up late; 4. After working for a while, get up and move around. 5. Don’t bow your head at ordinary times. For the current situation, stand up slowly and sideways when you get up in the morning. If the condition is serious, you can go for a Chinese medicine massage, which will help your condition.
