How can I cure my eye injury

How can I cure my eye injury

As we age, our eyes become more and more cloudy, our vision declines significantly, and symptoms of presbyopia appear. However, there are some people who, although older, have eyes that are just as bright as those of young people. This is inseparable from long-term eye care and eye protection. Reasonable eye protection methods are of great help in avoiding presbyopia. So what are the methods for preventing and treating presbyopia?

Herbal tea health care

Simple Chinese medicine tea therapy recipes include: ① Wolfberry Cassia Tea: Take 12g each of wolfberry and Cassia, brew them with freshly boiled water, and drink it frequently. It can nourish the liver and kidneys, clear the liver and improve eyesight. ② Cassia Seed Tea: Fry the Cassia Seed (be careful not to burn it). Put the amount of Cassia Seed equivalent to the amount of tea leaves in a thermos cup and brew it with boiling water for 10 minutes. It is drinkable when the water turns brown-red. The concentration can be maintained by brewing it multiple times. ③ Wolfberry and chrysanthemum green tea: Brew water with wolfberry, chrysanthemum and green tea. Add more wolfberry and eat it when the afternoon tea becomes colorless. You can choose Chinese patent medicine such as Mingmu Dihuang Pills and Shihu Yeguang Pills for regular consumption. Please note that you should not eat chili peppers or drink alcohol while taking the medicine.

Chinese medicine fumigation

Some people advocate Chinese medicine bathing, which is to boil water with chrysanthemum, mulberry leaves, bamboo leaves, etc., and fumigate the eyes with steam while it is still hot. After the water cools down, wash the eyes with the medicine, which can achieve the effect of clearing the liver and improving eyesight.

Eye blinking technique

There are four specific methods: ① Look from near to far, select an object, pause for a moment, and then gradually move your sight from far to near; ② Keep your head still and look at the four corners of a square building; ③ Close your eyes for a moment and then suddenly open them, or you can keep rolling your eyeballs while closing your eyes; ④ Close your eyes, open them after 5 seconds, try your best to look at a target in the distance, then look at the tip of your nose for 5 seconds after 5 seconds, and repeat 3 times.

Massage for improving eyesight

After getting up every day and before going to bed, point the middle fingers of both hands at the temples, the ring fingers at the Yuyao acupoints, and the little fingers at the Zanzhu acupoints. Close your eyes and apply appropriate rhythmic pressure, with slight rotating movements while pressing. Massage for 5 minutes each time to relieve eye muscle fatigue and make your eyes bright.

Scalp massage

There are many acupoints on the head that can brighten the eyes. Holding your head with both hands and rubbing various parts of your scalp can make your mind clear and your eyes bright. Or you can use the drumming method, which is to tap various parts of the head with the fingertips of both hands.

Head-down toe-flexing

Squat down, bring your buttocks as close to your calves as possible, and hold your toes with your hands. Pull upward with a little force. Keep your head as low as possible. Doing this can allow the qi of the internal organs to rise to the head, nourishing the ears and eyes.

Daoyin Tuna Method

Keep your back straight, inhale through your nose, close your eyes when you have inhaled as much as you can, and then exhale slowly through your mouth upwards. Doing this not only brightens your eyes, but also cures tearing.

Cold water eyewash

After getting up in the morning, wash your face and eyes with cold water. First, soak your eyes in cold water for 1 to 2 minutes, open your eyes, and roll your eyeballs in the water continuously. Repeat this several times and then wipe them dry. Then use both hands to gently rub your face and eye muscles 20 to 40 times. The effect will be better if you persist for a long time.

Hot water eye compress

Wash your face with 40-50℃ warm water before going to bed every night. When washing your face, first soak the towel in hot water. Do not wring it too dry when you take it out. Immediately apply it to your forehead and eyes while it is still hot. Tilt your head up and close your eyes temporarily. Apply hot compress for about 1 to 2 minutes. Wait until the temperature drops before washing your face with water.

Use your eyes to cherish your eyes

In daily life, we should avoid strong light stimulation to the eyes, such as not looking directly at sunlight, welding light, strong lightning, lasers in discotheques, etc.
