In life, we always have some bad living habits and unhealthy eating habits. When the external environment changes, it often leads to some diseases in the body. Pustules grow in many parts of the body, which is a phenomenon that many people have experienced. If such a bag is under the skin and can be felt to be soft and there is no pain, then such a bag is likely to be a lipoma. How do lipomas form? Lipoma is a common benign tumor. There are many reasons for the formation of lipomas, and the specific reasons are not yet very clear. The main reasons are as follows: 1. Since this type of tumor is more likely to occur in fat-rich areas, obese patients are more likely to develop the disease than normal patients. 2. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the formation of lipoma is related to the liver and spleen. Therefore, people who are often angry, irritable, and overly worried are more likely to suffer from this type of disease. 3. Irregular daily diet can also damage the liver and spleen, especially patients who skip breakfast for a long time and those who eat high-cholesterol foods for a long time are most likely to suffer from this type of disease. The dangers of lipoma Lipoma is a benign tumor that originates from adipose tissue. Lipomas are mostly solitary, a few are multiple, have clear boundaries, are round or lobed, soft in texture, may have a pseudocystic feeling, and are painless. Lipomas grow slowly, most are small in size, and a few can reach 5 to 6 cm in diameter. Lipoma is composed of differentiated mature fat cells, and the tumor tissue is divided into fat lobules of varying sizes by varying amounts of fibrous cords. If there are more fibrous components, it is called fibrolipoma; if there are rich blood vessels, it is called angiolipoma. If a single subcutaneous lipoma causes movement dysfunction, surgical resection can be performed; multiple small lipomas do not need to be treated because they are self-limited and may even disappear on their own; deep lipomas have the possibility of malignant transformation, that is, turning into liposarcoma, so they need to be closely observed and regularly reviewed by B-ultrasound. If the tumor proliferates rapidly or compression symptoms occur, surgical resection and pathological section examination should be performed; if it has turned into a liposarcoma, chemotherapy or radiotherapy should also be considered after surgery to improve the cure rate. What are the dietary taboos for lipoma? Foods to avoid 1. Alcohol and alcoholic beverages. 2. High-fat, high-cholesterol diet. 3. Animal offal. Good food to eat 1. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. 2. Eat low-fat, low-cholesterol foods. 3. Low cholesterol foods include mushrooms, black fungus, celery, etc. 4. In daily life, use more vegetable oil and less animal oil. 5. Eat less spicy foods such as chili peppers, raw garlic, etc. 6. Use cooking methods such as boiling, steaming, braising, stir-frying, mixing, blanching and stewing. Do not use cooking methods such as frying, deep-frying, roasting and smoking. 7. Drink more water and exercise more. 8. Keep a happy mood and stable emotions. |
