In addition to hand and forearm tendon injuries, active grip training is the most important. When exercising, pay attention to the maximum flexion and extension of the fingers to prevent stiffness and adhesion of the hand joints, and the grip recovery is also the best. The main function of the lower limbs is weight bearing, but if excessive weight bearing is applied before the lower limb fracture heals, the fixation will loosen and break, so the rehabilitation of lower limb fractures must follow the principle of "early exercise and late weight bearing".
