Chemical name: S(+)-2-(2-chlorophenyl)-2-(4,5,6,7-tetrahydrothienyl[3,2-c]pyridine-5-acetate methyl hydrogen sulfate.

How many times a day should Taijia Clopidogrel Bisulfate Tablets be taken? Adults and the elderly: It is usually recommended that adults take 75 mg orally once a day, but depending on age, weight, and symptoms, 50 mg can be taken orally once a day, with or without food. Therefore, it is better absorbed if taken after meals.
