First, what should we pay attention to when using Senen Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets? This product is used for rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile chronic arthritis, discoid and systemic lupus erythematosus, and skin lesions caused or aggravated by sunlight. Sarcoidosis, sarcoidosis, Boeck's sarcoid, Schaumann's benign lymphogranuloma, Besnier's pernio lupus, arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatic arthritis, calcification of the skin. All patients should undergo an ophthalmological examination prior to initiating treatment with this product. Examination includes visual acuity, ophthalmoscope examination, central visual field, and color vision. Thereafter, inspections should be carried out at least once a year. Retinopathy is highly correlated with drug dose. When the maximum daily dose does not exceed 6.5 mg/kg body weight, the risk of retinal damage is low. However, exceeding the recommended daily dose will greatly increase the risk of retinal toxicity. Second, the elderly. Impaired visual acuity. Even after treatment is stopped, retinopathy (and visual impairment) may progress. Patients who are taking medications that may cause adverse eye or skin reactions should use this product with caution. This product should also be used with caution in patients with liver or kidney disease, or those taking medications known to affect these organs, and in patients with severe gastrointestinal, neurological, and hematologic abnormalities. Plasma hydroxychloroquine levels should be estimated in patients with severe hepatic or renal impairment in order to adjust the dose.

What should be paid attention to when using Senen Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets? Although the risk of bone marrow suppression is very low, because anemia, aplastic anemia, agranulocytosis, leukopenia and thrombocytopenia have been reported, regular blood cell counts are recommended. If abnormalities are found, the product should be discontinued. Patients who are sensitive to quinine, those with glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, those with porphyria cutanea tarda exacerbated by hydroxychloroquine, and those with psoriasis should also use this drug with caution because it appears to increase the risk of adverse skin reactions.
