How to remove spots on cheekbones

Plaques may appear on any part of the body. The so-called plaques are difficult to eliminate and need to be restored through some reasonable methods. If you want to eliminate the plaques on the cheekbones, you can apply a homemade mask with lemon juice. The egg white lemon mask is also effective. Gently pat the skin before going to bed every night to promote the recovery of the plaques on the cheekbones.

1. Apply homemade lemon juice on your face. Lemon contains vitamin C which can whiten your skin, but the unrefined vitamin C in natural lemons not only cannot be directly absorbed by the skin, but also contains an ingredient called solanine, which can easily form spots and cause skin allergies. If you apply lemon peel or juice on your face and then sunbathe, the chances of developing pigmentation will greatly increase. So you must remember that applying lemon juice on your face is only effective after the sun goes down. Also, when applying lemon juice on your face, be sure to add a few drops of mineral water to dilute it, so as not to make your skin easily allergic.

2. Egg white and lemon mask: Separate the egg whites, add a spoonful of lemon juice, stir thoroughly, then add a spoonful of flour to make a paste. Apply evenly on the face and wash off after drying, 2 to 3 times a week. (The effect of egg white is to shrink pores, which is more suitable for people with oily skin. For people with neutral skin, it is best to add a few drops of honey to enhance the moisturizing effect.)

PS: Before going to bed every night, gently pat your face, then gently wipe your face with egg white, and apply a little more on the wrinkles of the skin. After 15-20 minutes, wash it off with clean water. This method is used consistently. You will find that your skin becomes elastic, soft and less prone to allergies. But remember not to apply egg white on your face for too long. It will be more effective if you use it with toner after washing.

However, egg white can only be used as an auxiliary material for homemade facial masks, and can be used with pearl powder, honey, tomatoes, and cucumber puree. For dry skin, use egg yolk with the above ingredients, but do not apply it directly on your face!

3. Tomato juice: Drinking a cup of tomato juice every day or eating tomatoes regularly can help prevent and treat freckles. Because tomatoes are rich in vitamin C, they are known as "warehouses of vitamin C." Vitamin C can inhibit the activity of tyrosinase in the skin and effectively reduce the formation of melanin. When tomatoes are cooked, lycopene is released to a great extent, so tomato soup is an indispensable nutritious meal in daily life!

4. Cucumber porridge: take 100 grams of rice, 300 grams of fresh cucumber, 2 grams of fine salt and 10 grams of ginger. Wash the cucumber, peel and core it and cut into thin slices. Wash and chop the rice. Add water to the pot and wash it clean. Add about 1000 ml of ginger, put it on the fire, add rice and ginger, bring to a boil over high heat, then switch to low heat and simmer until the rice is soft, then add cucumber slices and cook until the soup is thick. Add fine salt to taste. Take warm twice a day.

5. Black fungus and red dates soup: take 30 grams of black fungus and 20 red dates. Wash the black fungus, remove the core of the red dates, add appropriate amount of water, and cook for about half an hour. Take once every day after breakfast and dinner. Black fungus can nourish blood, maintain youthfulness and purify body waste. Red dates are rich in vitamins and are natural vitamin pills.
