Water chestnut is a traditional Chinese medicinal material and people can eat it under normal circumstances. But can people with gout eat water chestnuts?

3. Systematic diet therapy: Gout is largely related to daily diet. However, it is difficult for many patients to strictly control their diet. At this time, a systematic diet therapy system is needed to help patients improve. Eating some anserine complex daily can greatly help balance purine metabolism and prevent recurrence of gout, and patients can persist in doing so.
