Spots appear on my face when I'm exposed to the sun

Many people have spots on their faces. The presence of spots not only destroys the beauty of the face, but also makes people feel inferior. Many beauty salons now advertise good methods for removing freckles, but in reality, a lot of money is spent with little effect. We also found that some spots will be aggravated by eating certain foods, and some spots will be aggravated by being exposed to the sun. Why is this? How can I remove freckles?

Sun spots are caused by excessive sun exposure, which causes a sharp increase in melanin in the bottom layer of the skin and accumulates on the surface of the skin over time. Sun spots are usually yellow-brown spots on the surface (or in patches). Medically, sunburn is also called solar dermatitis or solar erythema.

Sun exposure when you are young does not usually cause severe sun spots because young skin metabolizes faster and sun spots disappear on their own over time. However, after the age of 30, the skin's metabolic rate slows down. If the skin is frequently exposed to sunlight, pigmentation will slowly accumulate, forming sun spots.

How to get rid of sun spots

The key to removing sun spots is to help the body detoxify in order to eliminate the deposits of skin pigmentation, so when removing spots, you should follow this principle and start with conditioning the body to completely eliminate sun spots from the inside out.

Food therapy for removing freckles

1. Use egg and vinegar to remove spots. Soak eggs in white vinegar. After the eggshells soften, mix the eggs and white vinegar. Take 10 grams daily and drink with warm water. It can also be used on the face, and it has excellent whitening and freckle-removing effects.

2. Taking a tablet of vitamin C and vitamin D every day can promote detoxification of the body and help excrete melanin from the surface of the skin.

3. Drink a glass of carrot juice every day. Carrot juice is rich in vitamin A and carotene, which can strengthen the skin and help repair skin cells damaged by the sun.

5. Drinking a cup of lemon honey water in the morning and evening can help clear out old stool and effectively solve constipation problems. When bowel movements are smooth, toxins in the body will naturally decrease, and the scars will gradually fade.

Traditional Chinese Medicine for Removing Freckles

1. 3 grams of pearl powder, 3 grams of angelica dahurica, 3 grams of asarum, 1 carrot, and appropriate amounts of milk powder and honey. Grind the Chinese medicine into powder and mix well. Wash and chop carrots, then blend them in a blender. Mix all ingredients into a paste and apply on face. Wash off after 15 to 20 minutes.

2. 60 grams of buffalo horn, 30 grams each of Cimicifuga, Qianghuo, and Saposhnikovia divaricata, 15 grams each of Rhizoma Aconitum and Angelicae Dahuricae, 30 grams of Rehmannia Glutinosa, 15 grams each of Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Safflower, and Scutellaria baicalensis, and 6 grams of raw licorice. Grind each medicine into fine powder, steam it, and make it into small pills. Take 10 grams every night with warm water.

3. Boil 1 qian of Chuanqi, 2 qian of American ginseng, 3 grams of pearl powder, 3 qian of white Poria, 5 roses, and 3 qian of red dates (pitted) in boiling water for 20 minutes and drink as tea to lighten spots and beautify your face.

Laser freckle removal

Laser freckle removal mainly utilizes photon energy to disintegrate and vaporize pigment particles, which are then excreted from the body through the human microcirculation. Since specific wavelengths are only absorbed by specific pigments, diseased cells can be accurately treated without damaging normal skin, and no scars will be left after the pigment fades.
