What to do if toenail is injured and water is flowing

In daily life, injuries are quite common. Everyone has experienced a little scrape and bleeding. This also includes toenails. You should know that the road is not so flat. Kicking something or bumping into a hard object may cause toenails to be injured. Although these are minor injuries and only cause minor pain, they must be treated in time, otherwise it will be troublesome once infection occurs. Let me tell you what to do if your toenails are injured and bleeding.

There is no quick cure for a situation like this, you can only take it step by step. When a nail falls off, the first thing to do is to protect the wound to prevent infection and secondary injury. The toe will be swollen in the next two days and then it will subside. You should clean it regularly with hydrogen peroxide and then rinse it with saline. Both of these things are available in pharmacies and are very cheap. If the nail bed damage is minor, the toe will fully grow back to its original appearance within three months.

Because toenails grow, their roots, which are the parts covered by flesh, are very soft, a bit like soft tissue. If they are injured, they will grow outwards and repair themselves. After a period of time, the blood clots inside will be absorbed.

But if you don't rest, you may get injured again and your heel may break, causing the toenail to fall off, a bit like when we change teeth.

But even if it does fall off, it's not that scary and it won't hurt.

But it’s better not to fall off, what do you think? :)

Second, the problem of blisters

First, it is not recommended that you tear off the skin, as that will expose the fresh flesh. It is unhygienic and will irritate the wound. The skin can protect it. When the inner skin is formed, the outer layer will fall off naturally. You can wrap your feet with gauze, not too tight, as long as you feel comfortable. If the blisters are not very big, our body will absorb them by itself.

Second, there is a problem with shoes, but I think it has something to do with socks as well.

Let's talk about shoes first. Maybe the space inside the shoes is too big and doesn't fit the feet well, so when you play for a long time and sweat, the inside becomes slippery.

Also, why am I talking about socks? If you are wearing socks made of woolen fabric, they will not absorb water easily and the friction coefficient will be reduced. It will be like there is a layer of water between your feet and the inside of the shoes, and blisters will appear over time. I suggest you wear cotton socks, which are more absorbent.
