People may sweat in many parts of the body, but rarely in the nose. Sweating in the nose may be caused by insufficient lung qi. In traditional Chinese medicine, weakness and sweating in different parts of the body indicate that there may be problems in some parts of the body, so sweating in different parts indicates different signs. How to treat nose sweating In traditional Chinese medicine, there is a distinction between "dynamic sweat" and "static sweat". Sweating caused by weather and environmental reasons is static sweat, which is equivalent to passive sweating. Many abnormal static sweats require attention, such as spontaneous sweating and night sweats. Some people sweat on their front and back when they are not hot or exercising, and are prone to fatigue, colds, and palpitations. They are especially afraid of wind and cold. This is called spontaneous sweating, which is a manifestation of qi deficiency. Sweating as soon as you fall asleep at night is called night sweats, which is a manifestation of yin deficiency. Different sweating locations can reflect a person's physical condition. 1. Forehead sweating - hyperactivity of liver yang Diagnosis: If you often sweat a lot on your forehead, Chinese medicine believes that it may be caused by hyperactivity of liver yang. Recommendation: Try to keep a peaceful mood, get angry less often, and get enough sleep, otherwise it is easy to cause Yin deficiency and hyperactivity of liver Yang. Drinking wolfberry tea every day has the effect of calming the liver. 2. Sweating nose - insufficient lung qi Diagnosis: If your nose is always sweating, it means that your lung qi is insufficient and you need to regulate and replenish qi. Western medicine believes that this is a manifestation of low immunity and that immunity needs to be improved. Suggestion: Insufficient lung qi is mainly caused by congenital weak constitution. Use both hands to tap your legs every day and press the left and right sides of your legs, because this is where the lung meridian of the human body is located. Through tapping and stimulation, it can play a role in regulating the lung meridian. 3. Neck sweating - endocrine disorders Diagnosis: There are few sweat glands in the neck, so few people sweat on their neck. If your neck sweats frequently, it may be related to endocrine disorders throughout your body. Recommendation: It is best to go to the hospital for a comprehensive hormone test. Usually, endocrine regulation is mainly started through diet and exercise, supplemented by drug treatment when necessary; develop good eating habits, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, high-protein foods, drink plenty of water, and replenish the water needed by the body; at the same time, participate in various sports and exercises to strengthen physical fitness; also have a scientific life routine, do not often stay up late, so as not to disrupt normal physiological laws, causing hormone secretion imbalance or even deficiency, and then cause other diseases; also pay attention to rest, adequate sleep, avoid excessive fatigue and excitement, and maintain a happy spirit, so as not to affect the endocrine system with bad emotions; prevent infection; do not buy daily necessities made of plastic, and try to avoid the harm of environmental hormones. 4. Sweating in the chest - disharmony between the spleen and stomach Diagnosis: If you often sweat on your chest, Chinese medicine believes that this is a sign of disharmony between the spleen and stomach, which means that the blood circulation in the body is very slow and oxygen transportation is not smooth. Suggestion: Don’t be overly anxious, eat less greasy, raw and cold food, and drink water soaked with astragalus and jujube to relieve symptoms. 5. Sweating of the palms and soles of feet - blood deficiency Diagnosis: If you are nervous, excited or afraid, your palms or soles will sweat easily. Chinese medicine believes that this is a manifestation of spleen dysfunction, damp heat in the spleen and stomach, and blood deficiency. Recommendation: Massage your abdomen after meals every day, first rub 30 circles clockwise, then rub 30 circles counterclockwise. In addition, you should control your food intake, avoid eating raw or cold food, and eat until you are 70% to 80% full. |
