Tips for shoes rubbing your little toes

Tips for shoes rubbing your little toes

Everyone's foot shape is different, so you must try the shoes carefully when buying them. If the shoes are too small, your toes will be rubbed when you walk, which will often cause blisters or skin breakage. This will make many girls who love beauty feel conflicted. The shoes they like very much actually rub their feet. Their toes are painful when they wear them, and they feel uncomfortable if they don't wear them. So you can use some small methods to prevent shoes from rubbing your toes.

1. Rolling method

If the edge of your shoes rubs your feet, first cover the area with a wet towel for a few minutes. Then use a cylindrical object (such as a glass bottle or rolling pin) to press it a few times until the area is smooth and flat. Then you'll be done.

2. Newspaper is soft and wet

Crumple up a piece of waste newspaper, wet it slightly with water, wrap it with a piece of dry newspaper, and then stuff it into the area of your shoes that rubs your feet. Here is a highlight reminder: make sure it is stuffed tightly! Leave it overnight and your feet won't rub.

3. Blow first and then smash

If your feet are rubbed to a certain part, such as the back of the heel or the side of the toes, and blisters are formed, you can use a hair dryer to blow on the rubbed part; then use a hard object (if using a hammer, remember to wrap the hammer with soft cloth to avoid damaging the leather) to hit it. This method is especially suitable for shoes that rub the heels.

4. Direct hammer

In fact, it is a lazy simplification of method 3 - cover the place where your feet are rubbing with a wet cloth, and then gently hit it repeatedly with a small hammer to soften the leather, so that it will not rub your feet when you wear it again.

5. Apply tape

To deal with office foot rubbing, you can stick some tape on the place where your shoes rub against your feet. After a while, your feet will not be rubbed so much, but the tape is not breathable.

6. Shoe expander

If your shoes are too small, too tight, or rub your feet, you can use a shoe expander. Generally, it is no problem to increase your shoes by half a size or a full size (if you come across a pair of shoes you like that are out of stock, you can buy them).

What should I do if my feet are worn out?

1. For wounds and blisters that have been worn out, apply a little Yunnan Baiyao and then put on a Band-Aid, and they will recover faster. If you don’t have Yunnan Baiyao, papaya paste, coconut oil, and aloe vera gel are also very effective. They not only moisturize but also reduce edema.

2. When applying a Band-Aid directly to the wound for emergency treatment, do not apply it tightly as you would normally. Leave a little space in the middle to allow air to contact the wound, which will help it heal faster.

3. Worn skin often turns black and dull. This Mentholatum ointment feels cool when applied on the heels and slowly fades the black marks on the heels. It can also be used to deal with mosquito bites and burns. You can also use Thai herbal ointment, which is very effective.
