Aceclofenac Enteric-coated Capsules

Arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and other joint diseases are among the most uncomfortable diseases. They often affect our normal life, normal travel, and normal work. At this time, many people may choose to take some painkillers for temporary relief, but the side effects are great. Taking Aceclofenac Enteric-coated Capsules is relatively safer and more effective.

1. Functions and indications

Symptomatic treatment of pain and inflammation caused by osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis

2. Usage and Dosage

Take orally with at least half a glass of water, with or without food. Adults: Take 1 tablet (0.1g) twice a day or as directed by a physician. Patients with hepatic impairment: Patients with mild to moderate hepatic impairment should reduce the dose of aceclofenac. The recommended initial dose is 1 tablet (0.1 g) per day. Patients with renal insufficiency: No dosage adjustment is required for patients with mild to moderate renal insufficiency, but the drug should be used with caution.

3. Adverse reactions

According to foreign research data: The main gastrointestinal adverse reactions (indigestion, abdominal pain, nausea and diarrhea) are indigestion (7.5%) and diarrhea (6.2%). ①Common (1%) Gastrointestinal disorders: indigestion, abdominal pain, nausea and diarrhea. Liver and Gallbladder: Elevated liver enzymes. ② Occasionally (1/100~1/1000) General: dizziness Gastrointestinal system: flatulence, gastritis, constipation, vomiting, ulcerative oral mucositis. Skin: eczema, rash and dermatitis. Metabolism and Nutrition: BUN and creatinine increased. ③ Rare ([1/1000) Common: headache, fatigue, facial edema, allergic reaction, weight gain. Blood: anemia, granulocytopenia, thrombocytopenia, neutropenia. Cardiovascular: edema, palpitations, gastrocnemius spasm, flushing, purpura. Central and peripheral nervous system: paresthesia, epilepsy. Gastrointestinal system disorders: gastrointestinal bleeding and ulcers, bloody diarrhea, hepatitis or pancreatitis, tarry stools, inflammation of the oral mucosa. Urinary system disorders: interstitial nephritis. Skin: eczema. Metabolism and Nutrition: elevated alkaline phosphatase, hyperkalemia. Psychiatry: depression, dreaminess, drowsiness, insomnia. Eyes: Abnormal vision. Others: taste perversion, vasculitis

4. Notes

① Avoid combined use with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, including selective COX-2 inhibitors. ② Based on the need to control symptoms, using the lowest effective dose within the shortest treatment time can minimize adverse reactions. ③At any time during the treatment with all NSAIDs, adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforations may occur, and the risk may be fatal. These adverse reactions may occur with or without warning symptoms and may occur regardless of whether the patient has a history of gastrointestinal adverse reactions or serious gastrointestinal events. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease) should use NSAIDs with caution to avoid exacerbating their condition. If patients develop gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcers while taking this drug, the drug should be discontinued. Elderly patients have an increased frequency of adverse effects from NSAIDs, particularly gastrointestinal bleeding and perforation, which can be fatal.
