1. Standing hip joint exercise. The patient stands, presses down with both hands on the anterior superior spinae of the spine, flexes and extends forward and backward, rotates the joints left and right 20 times each, and lifts the affected buttocks and lower limbs on the affected side 20 times.

2. Lying hip joint exercise method. The patient lies on the healthy side with the affected knee straightened on top, and performs flexion, extension, and abduction (note: the knee joint should be straightened) 20 to 30 times each. The scope depends on the specific circumstances.

The harm of sacroiliitis cannot be ignored. If it is confirmed to be sacroiliitis, don't be afraid. It can be relieved through local hot compresses, strengthening the strength and endurance training of the abdominal muscles, back muscles, and pelvic muscles. Muscle strength exercises should become a habit, and you should practice every morning and evening. The above-mentioned exercises are very helpful for sacroiliitis, which can promote the absorption of inflammation and shorten the course of the disease, but they are not suitable for patients who have been ill for less than 1 week.

Sacroiliitis is a disease of the bones and joints.
