Eight foods that can lower blood sugar:

1. Oats

Oats have high nutritional and health benefits. Oats are rich in B vitamins, niacin, folic acid, and pantothenic acid, especially vitamin E, which contains up to 15 mg in every 100 grams of oatmeal flour. In addition, the amino acid composition it contains is relatively comprehensive, and the content of the eight essential amino acids for the human body ranks first, especially lysine, which is as high as 0.68 grams.

Cut the garlic into thin strips, put it into a pan with oil and stir-fry until fragrant, then fry over low heat until golden brown, remove from the oil and set aside.
