There is a bump on the index finger joint

Pimples are not unfamiliar to people. They can be found on the face, arms, and legs, but they grow in different locations, shapes, and causes. It is generally believed that pimples on fingers are caused by blocked hair follicles, accumulation of metabolites and bacterial infection, which is also related to skin type. It is recommended that you consider applying ointment for the current symptoms, avoid scratching, and eat more vegetables and fruits. Eat less spicy food.

The main treatment for rheumatic bumps is to find out the cause and eliminate it. Antibiotics are often needed when there is infection, and people who are allergic to certain foods should temporarily avoid eating them. Chronic infection is often the cause of chronic urticaria, but the cause of urticaria in some patients is difficult to determine or cannot be found.

1. Oral antihistamines are important drugs for the treatment of various urticaria patients and can control the symptoms of most patients. Although antihistamines cannot directly confront or neutralize histamine and cannot prevent the release of histamine, they can compete with histamine and quickly inhibit the formation of wheals. Antihistamines have various side effects, so it is best to choose those with fewer side effects. Workers working at heights, drivers and other workers should use them with caution, as accidents may occur due to drowsiness. Long-term use of an antihistamine can easily lead to drug resistance, so you can switch to another one. Or apply alternately or in combination. Children have greater drug resistance than adults, so the relative dosage is also larger.

There are many types of antihistamines. Combining the condition and clinical manifestations, you can choose Atarax (hydroxyzine), which has good sedative and antihistamine effects, and has good effects on artificial urticaria, cholestatic urticaria and cold urticaria.

Epinephrine and aminophylline can increase CAMP in mast cells and inhibit the release of histamine, which can quickly promote the disappearance of wheals or edema of acute urticaria or giant urticaria. Especially when aminophylline is used in combination with antihistamines or has a synergistic effect with epinephrine, it is particularly suitable for patients with concurrent asthma or abdominal pain.

6-Aminoacetic acid can be used for cold urticaria and giant urticaria, and atropine or propantheline and chlorpromazine can be used for cholestatic urticaria.

Calcium supplements can be used for acute urticaria, and drugs such as reserpine and anloxin can be used to treat chronic urticaria.

Steroid hormones are used for severe acute urticaria and serum urticaria, and small doses can be used for pressure urticaria and complement-activated urticaria. It is especially necessary to use it in case of urticaria complicated by anaphylactic shock. Some people use injection therapy every 3 to 4 weeks to treat chronic urticaria.

2. Topical application of calamine lotion or zinc oxide lotion can achieve temporary therapeutic effects.

Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating various types of urticaria. Acute urticaria with wind-heat type can be treated with Jingfang Decoction, while the wind-cold type can be treated with MaGui Geban Decoction. Papular urticaria and acute attacks of chronic urticaria are treated the same as acute urticaria; those with a prolonged course of the disease are treated with methods of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, strengthening the spleen and removing dampness, warming the middle and tonifying the kidney, and differentiation of symptoms.
