Muscle pain behind the knee joint

Muscle pain behind the knee joint

The knee joint is the most complex joint in the human body and also the most important joint in the lower limbs. Many people feel pain in the tendons behind the knee joint when they walk. Occasionally, there will be a pause when walking. Sometimes, it will be very painful when lying down, and it may even involve pain in the back of the calf. So what is the pain in the tendons behind the knee joint? Is there any way to alleviate this?

1. Pain in the back of one thigh, or pain behind the popliteal fossa, also known as low back and leg pain: consider it to be a problem with the lumbar intervertebral disc 2. Knee pain, or redness and swelling, more common in the elderly due to osteoarthritis

The first step is to remove moisture first, heat the salt and put it into a cloth bag, then place it on your lower back for half an hour. Be careful not to overheat the salt and be careful to move it, otherwise it will easily burn your skin. Do this for half an hour every day for 15 days. This can remove moisture from the waist.

The second step: massage and exercise

Self-training cross waist twist: separate your feet as wide as shoulders, toes pointed inward, stretch your arms, one hand at your side and one hand over your head. If the left hand is on top, swing it to the right back first, then the right hand is on top and swing it to the left back. Twist your waist accordingly, and do 100 times on each side.

Deep knee squat: Place your feet shoulder-width apart, keep your heels on the ground when squatting, keep your arms close to your calves, and extend your fists forward. Start slowly, stretching your back and pulling your fists back in as you stand. Repeat the movements from slow to fast 100 times.

Leg extension: Lie on the bed, bend your knees as much as possible, then use your heels to slowly push out diagonally upwards and straighten them, then bring the extended legs back to a bent knee position, and do this alternately with both legs 20 times.

Massage by others: If conditions permit, go to the hospital for massage treatment, including medicated fumigation, traction, and other treatment methods. Be sure to start from the waist!

The third step is to combine it with drug treatment. Go to the hospital to get some meridian-relaxing and blood-activating drugs as auxiliary treatment~!

Precautions

1. Leg pain and hamstring pain are both problems of the waist, so don’t take it lightly!

2. When using salt to remove moisture and cold, do not overheat to prevent burns
