Ice wine is usually quite strong, so it is best not to drink too much at one time, and each glass should not be too large. The ideal drinking temperature for ice wine is 14 degrees Celsius. Some people also think that the most appropriate temperature is around minus 7 degrees Celsius, which can reduce the sweetness of the ice wine without being too cold, and it is enough to emit a charming aroma. After opening the bottle of fresh ice wine, it will not lose its flavor immediately like ordinary wine. If you cannot finish it, seal the bottle and put it back in the refrigerator, where it can be kept for more than a week.

Identification method: Ice wine has high sweetness, wonderful acidity, and a balanced taste. It can be drunk alone or paired deliciously with fresh fruit, fresh cheese, peach cheesecake, unsweetened fruit pies or cakes. Ice wine must be refrigerated at 4℃-10℃ before being served, and frozen in an ice bucket for fifteen minutes before drinking. Before tasting the wine, avoid eating spicy, minty or chocolate-flavored dishes. After opening the bottle, wait for more than ten minutes to allow the ice wine that has been sealed for a long time to fully blend with the air before pouring it into the glass. The mellowness and uniqueness of ice wine lies in its soothing nature. Therefore, when drinking ice wine, you must savor it slowly. You cannot drink it all in one gulp like you would other wines. Instead, you should first pour the wine into the glass and slowly observe its color. Then, slowly and steadily rotate the glass in a circle to allow the wine to come into contact with more air. Take a deep breath of the aroma, then take small sips of the wine and savor its flavor.

The composition of red wine is quite complex. It is a fruit wine brewed through natural fermentation. The largest component of red wine is grape juice, which accounts for more than 80%. The second largest component is alcohol produced through natural fermentation of the sugar in the grapes, which is generally 10-13%. There are more than 1,000 remaining substances, and more than 300 of them are relatively important. Other important components of red wine include tartaric acid, fruitiness, minerals and tannins. Although these substances account for a small proportion, they are the decisive factors in the quality of wine. The reason why red wines are of high quality and delicious taste is that they can present a balanced structure, giving people endless enjoyment in the taste buds.

Wine is not just a solution of water and alcohol, it has rich connotations:

A. 80% water. This is biologically pure water, drawn directly from the soil by the vines.

B. 9.5-15% ethanol, the main alcohol. Obtained through fermentation of sugars, it is slightly sweet and gives the wine a mellow flavor.

C. acid. Some come from grapes, such as tartaric acid, malic acid, and citric acid; some are produced by alcoholic and lactic fermentation, such as lactic acid and acetic acid. These primary acids play an important role in the acidic flavor and balanced taste of wine.

D. Phenolic compounds. 1~5g per liter, they are mainly natural red pigments and tannins, which determine the color and structure of red wine.

E. 0.2~5g of sugar per liter. Different types of wine contain different amounts of sugar.

F. Aromatic substances (hundreds of milligrams per liter), which are volatile and come in many types.
