5. Wearing jogging shoes and thick-soled socks when going to the gym. Many people often wear flat cloth shoes or canvas shoes when working out. The soles of these shoes are thinner, and the foot muscles of beginners are in a relaxed state, which can easily cause cramps or sprains. Therefore, it is best for people who are exercising for the first time to choose jogging shoes, training shoes or thick-soled socks.

6. To train muscles, replenish food within one hour after fitness. For beginners with different fitness purposes, diet is also very important. For example, people who train muscles should eat food rich in carbohydrates within one hour after exercise. Rice is a good choice. For those who aim to lose weight, it is best not to eat within one hour after exercise.
