What is the reason for closed comedones on the cheeks

The sides of the cheeks and the sides of the nose are the places where closed comedones are most likely to grow. Once pimples appear on the sides of the cheeks, you must control your hands and not squeeze them, because there are a lot of bacteria on the fingernails, which can easily cause infection. There are many good beauty products for removing closed comedones on the market now, but not every one of them is effective. To know the root cause is to find out the reason why closed comedones grow. So what is the reason for closed comedones on the cheeks?

Acne is divided into blackheads and whiteheads. Whiteheads, also known as closed comedones, can be oxidized and transformed into blackheads by dirty air.

"Closed comedones" are a type of acne, which are formed by the accumulation of sebum in the pores. Unlike other types of acne, closed comedones are not inflamed and are not accompanied by skin lesions.

From the appearance, the "closed" area will not be smooth, and there will be many tiny raised points. Although it will not hurt to touch, it will be very rough.

First : Closed comedones are what we usually call whiteheads, which are mainly caused by incomplete cleaning of the face and thick stratum corneum, which leads to clogged pores. Therefore, if you usually have the habit of wearing makeup, you must remove it thoroughly before going to bed at night. It is best to use a special makeup remover.

Second : If the skin is dry and dehydrated, it is also an important reason for the formation of closed comedones. When the skin is not moisturized enough, the skin's metabolism will be weakened, causing the old dead skin cells to not fall off easily. They will accumulate on the skin surface and form acne over time.

Third : Spring and summer are the peak seasons for closed comedones. This is because sweating and excess oil at this time can easily clog the pores. Also, when the skin is exposed to ultraviolet rays, the body will thicken the skin in order to resist this damage, thus causing keratin blockage and hypertrophy, which leads to closed comedones.

Note :

You must eat a light diet, drink plenty of water, eat more fruits and vegetables, and avoid spicy and irritating foods that can easily cause inflammation. Do a good job of cleaning and sun protection for your skin, and supplement with vitamin B and vitamin A appropriately.
