How to clean the dirt on your face

Facial skin becomes transparent and bright, which makes people look more refreshed, so you must pay attention to the cleanliness of facial skin during skin care. However, many people find that there seems to be a lot of dirt on their faces when looking in the mirror. In fact, these dirt are blackheads formed by large pores that attract dust and dust mites. So when you find dirt on your face, how should you clean it off?

How to clean your face?

The best eight-step facial cleansing regimen

Facial cleansing is very important. Washing your face is a necessary task for everyone every day, but do you know how to wash your face to achieve the best results?

Step 1: Wash your hands with soap first

It is absolutely wrong to wash your face without washing your hands. Dirty hands will affect the foaming degree of cleansers and also reduce the cleaning power, so clean hands are a basic condition.

Step 2: Wet your face with warm water

The temperature of the water you use to wash your face is very important. Some people want to save trouble and wash their faces directly with cold water; some people think they have oily skin and need very hot water to wash off the oil and dirt on their faces. In fact, these are all wrong views. The correct method is to use warm water. This ensures that the pores are fully opened without causing excessive loss of the skin's natural moisturizing oil.

Step 3: Foam the cleanser thoroughly

No matter what kind of cleansing product you use (taking facial cleanser as an example), the amount should not be too much, an area the size of a nickel will be enough. Before applying to your face, be sure to lather the cleanser thoroughly in the palm of your hand. Most people forget this step, but it is also the most important step. Because if the cleanser does not foam sufficiently, it will not only fail to achieve the cleaning effect, but will also remain in the pores and cause acne. Of course, the more foam the better. You can use some tools that can easily make the cleanser foam, such as sponges.

Step 4: Massage in gentle circles

After applying the foam on your face, massage in circles gently. Don't apply too much force to avoid causing wrinkles.

Key areas:

T-zone: This is where sebum secretion is most concentrated and the oiliest part of the face, so you need to wash it more often.

The area around the eyes: lacks oily sebum, is very fragile and easily dries out, so cleansing once a day is enough.

Both sides of the nose: Oil easily accumulates there, so clean them carefully.

The area around the philtrum: This is where dirt and filth accumulate, and should be rubbed repeatedly.

Chin: There is a lot of oil on the chin. If you don’t clean it well, acne will suddenly appear at any time and say hello to you.

Step 5: Wash off the cleanser

After massaging with cleanser, you can wash it off. Some women are afraid that they cannot wash their skin thoroughly, so they scrub it vigorously with a towel. This will damage the skin due to friction, so it is not recommended. You should use a damp towel to gently press on your face. Repeat this process several times to remove the cleanser without damaging your skin.

Step 6: Check if there are any areas that have not been rinsed clean

After cleaning, you may think that the process of washing your face is complete, but this is not the case. You should also look in the mirror to check whether there is any residual cleanser around your hairline and the edges of your face. This step is often overlooked. Some women always get acne around their hairline, which is actually because they ignore this step.

Step 7: Rinse with cold water about 20 times

Use both hands to scoop up cold water and rinse your face about 20 times, and at the same time gently apply a towel dipped in cold water to your face. This will tighten your pores and increase blood circulation in your face.

Step 8: Gently dry your face with a clean towel

If you wipe it hard with a specially prepared clean towel, it will have the opposite effect. Gently press the towel against your face to absorb the moisture.

After washing your face according to the above steps and looking in the mirror, you will find that your facial skin has become much smoother, whiter and tenderer. People who wash their faces carefully for the first time often get so excited that they want to try again right away.

Once, but don't do this, washing your face too frequently will make your skin dry.

This meticulous face-washing method has many benefits, such as anti-wrinkle and whitening, but it requires long-term persistence to be effective. If you wash your face carefully according to this method every day, you will find that your skin condition is gradually improving.
