Do some exercises before going to bed to help restore your eyesight

Nowadays, many living habits and excessive use of eyes have had some impact on the eyesight of many people, especially many teenagers. In addition to wearing glasses, we can take a little time before going to bed every day to do some small actions to protect our eyes, which can be very helpful in improving vision.

Eye rolling method

Sit well, relax your whole body, don't have too many distracting thoughts in your mind, keep your head and neck still, and move your eyeballs. First, look directly downward, then slowly turn to the left, upward, and right, and finally back to the bottom. Turn clockwise for 10 times, then counterclockwise for 6 times. Repeat the exercise 4 times. Each time you turn, try to exercise your eyeballs to the limit. This method can exercise the eye muscles and enhance the nutrition supply to the eyes.

Hand compress eye method

This method can be performed anytime and anywhere, when you are tired at work, or when you get home to relax. Sit down and relax your body, close your eyes, and then quickly rub your palms until your palms become warm. Then quickly cover your closed eyes with both hands until the heat dissipates and then take your hands away. As you take your hands away, open your eyes forcefully. Repeat 5 times to promote blood circulation in the eyes.

Eye breathing

Choose a place with fresh air, relax your body, sit down, look straight ahead, inhale slowly, open your eyes slowly, stay for a moment, then exhale slowly, close your eyes slowly, repeat this exercise 10 times to improve supply and increase nutrition.

Palm line training

Place your left or right hand 30 cm slightly higher than your eyes, and look clearly at the palm lines from beginning to end for about 5 seconds. After seeing the palm lines clearly, stare at the grass or leaves in the distance for 25 seconds, then look at the palm lines again. Repeat 20 times within 10 minutes, and practice 3-5 times a day. If your vision is deteriorating quickly, increase the number of exercises according to the situation.

What to eat to improve myopia vision

1. Carrots :

A large amount of carotene can be converted into vitamin A in the human body, which plays an important role in the formation of vision.

2. Shrimp :

Adequate calcium content in the body can enhance the toughness of the sclera. You can eat more high-calcium foods such as dried shrimps, dried shrimps, milk, etc.
