2. For the auxiliary materials, I have prepared: Codonopsis pilosula, Astragalus membranaceus, Chinese wolfberry and indispensable pepper, which can be bought in supermarkets.

3. Stuff half of the ingredients except wolfberry and the chicken into the pig's stomach. If it is a whole chicken, stuff half of the ingredients except wolfberry into the chicken's stomach, then stuff the chicken into the pig's stomach, and then tie up the pig's stomach with thread so that it will not leak.

4. Put clean water in the pot, put the pig's stomach in, add a few slices of ginger, and then put the remaining ingredients in, except wolfberry.

5. Bring to a boil over high heat and skim off the foam.

6. Then cover the pot and simmer over low heat. The aroma will slowly come out and fill the whole house. After two and a half hours, turn off the heat.

7. Take out the pig stomach and prepare to cut it into pieces. Cut open the pig stomach and the chicken into pieces.

8. Cut the pork belly into long strips. If the chicken is too soft, you can tear it with your hands. Put it into the casserole and add wolfberry at this time. It needs to be boiled for ten minutes.
