Rest the head on the hands. The patient lies on his back with the fingers crossed and the palms facing up. Place the hands on the back of the head (occipital area). The affected arm makes circles from front to top and then back, with the amplitude increasing from small to large, and repeats several times. You don't have to do all the above exercises every time.
