4. Wash the fresh walnut leaves and put them into a clay pot, add appropriate amount of water and seal the pot. Boil over high heat for twenty minutes, then put the clay pot into a bucket, tear open the seal and fumigate the affected area for an hour, then put the swollen medicine liquid in the pot into a basin, and take a sitz bath after it cools down, which should last for about an hour. Then apply the residue to the affected area, once in the morning, noon and evening each day, for five consecutive days.
