Perfume has existed in ancient China. The main function of perfume is to be sprayed on our skin to ensure that the skin has a fresh and light scent, which can help to maintain a better image among the crowd and also enhance one's temperament. Therefore, what kind of perfume a person uses determines his or her taste. Perfume can also be made by yourself. You can choose your favorite flowers and plants and use pure natural plant essences to make fresh perfume. In ancient China, perfume was called "fragrant dew" or "flower dew", which truly reflects the original way this perfume was made. Flowers are placed in a specific container for distillation. The essence in the petals is evaporated and then mixed into the distilled water vapor. The fragrant water vapor condenses into liquid again. Perfume is actually made from various aromatic chemical raw materials such as essential oils, extraction solutions, and plant essences. The advantage of making your own perfume is that you can completely make use of the scent of natural flowers, fruits, etc. to create a bottle of perfume that belongs only to you. Of course, you must choose a scent that suits you best. Citrus fruits are relatively fresh and bright, with delicate scents of lemon and orange; plants are full of the green scent of nature, and green forests are desirable; flowers are the easiest scent to coordinate, full of fashion, and can be blended with other scents. Determine the fragrance, which is what people usually call: the first taste, the middle taste and the base taste, that is, the perfume emits different stages of fragrance over time. There are many ways to make perfume, but none of them can be done at home. They include distillation, solvent extraction, pressing and oil absorption. The distillation method we use is to place the plant materials in boiling water, and then the essential oils containing fragrance will escape with the water vapor. Later, when the steam condenses into water, the essential oils will float on the water surface. Now you can collect it. However, this process usually needs to be repeated several times before it is possible to obtain sesame oil with higher purity. In the chemical industry, there is also a technique called extraction that can improve the distillation process. Materials: Your favorite flowers, fruits, ice cubes, purified water Utensils: heating utensils, bowls 1. Remove the petals from the flowers and chop them together with your favorite herbs, fruit peels, etc. and set aside. 2. Put the flower and fruit peels into the pot, pour in purified or distilled water, and place an empty bowl in the middle. 3. After the water boils, turn off the heat, turn the pot lid upside down, and place a large amount of ice cubes on the lid to allow the water vapor to condense. 4. Wait for the floral dew to slowly accumulate in the bowl inside the pot, take it out and put it in a glass bottle for use. |
