Generally speaking, the symptoms of early breast cancer are atypical. A lump is felt on the surface of the breast. Local pain will only occur if local inflammation or damage occurs. Upper abdominal pain may occur if liver metastasis occurs. If bone metastasis occurs, bone pain will occur at a more specific site of metastasis.
