Bupleurum and Curcuma can soothe the liver, regulate qi and relieve depression, thereby eliminating the causes of disease and are the main medicines. Angelica sinensis is an auxiliary medicine for nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation. Costus root, Magnolia bark and Poria cocos are adjuvant drugs for regulating qi and strengthening the spleen. All the medicines are used together to soothe the liver, regulate qi and relieve depression, replenish liver blood, and invigorate the spleen and nourish the middle.

Diet therapy

1. Buy julibrissin flowers, or jasmine flowers, or green plum blossoms, and soak them in boiling water alternately, and drink them as tea.
