What is the correct way to use Thai foot patches?

I believe that friends who have been to Thailand for a massage know it. Foot patches are usually applied when a chicken is slaughtered. The essence on the patch can penetrate and circulate into our body through the meridians on the soles of the feet, and then absorb toxins from the body during the circulation process, thus effectively removing toxins and moisture that have been in the body for a long time. And the effect is very obvious. It can eliminate skin spots, acne, etc. in a short period of time and can also eliminate bad breath, lower blood sugar and blood pressure. Long-term use also has the effect of beautifying and nourishing the skin. It is very effective for diseases such as arthritis and cervical spondylitis. Especially for the elderly who suffer from common rheumatism, cold pain, leg stiffness, etc., they will see good effects after applying the patch. Having said so much, how should the foot patch be used to achieve better results?

1. How to use

1. First clean the surface of the skin and soak your feet before applying!

2. Place the Lanna printed side of the detoxifying essence pack on the center of the patch.

3. Tear off the sealing strip on one side and stick the patch tightly on the acupuncture point on the sole of the foot!

4. Apply the detoxifying patch to the soles of your feet before going to bed every day (lying flat when sleeping will speed up circulation for the best effect), remove it after 8 hours or when you get up the next morning, then wipe it with a tissue or rinse the skin with clean water.

2. Where to apply the sticker

It is recommended to stick it on the sole of the foot for best effect! Because the sole of the foot is the human body's health reflex zone and the location of the Yongquan acupoint, it is closely connected to the health of the liver, shoulders, waist and back. Therefore, applying this patch to the corresponding upper, middle or lower reflex zone of the sole of the foot can effectively relieve discomfort.

Stick it on the top of the sole: For shoulder and neck problems, stick it directly on the forefoot.

Stick it on the middle of the sole of the foot: For problems with waist, back, internal organs, digestive system and poor sleep, stick it on the sole of the foot.

Stick it on the lower part of the sole (heel): for physiological discomfort, constipation, foot and leg problems, foot odor and sweat, foot numbness, cramps and coldness, etc., stick it on the heel.

3. Principle

The main ingredient in the foot patch is vinegar powder. One of the characteristics of vinegar powder is that it has a strong adsorption capacity. When applied to the soles of the feet, it acts on the acupuncture points on the soles of the feet and absorbs moisture in the body. The powder reacts with it and turns into a so-called black liquid. The heavier the moisture, the darker and oilier the color! At the same time, the trace elements and minerals in the foot patch act on the body through the acupuncture points on the soles of the feet, thereby achieving health care effects such as detoxification, sleep, and promotion of microcirculation.
