Blood test two pairs and a half

Blood test two pairs and a half

Hepatitis B two-pair-and-a-half is the most common marker of hepatitis B virus in my country and is also the most common method of examination. Blood tests are required for hepatitis B two-pair-and-a-half tests. At this time, you must understand some precautions. For example, you must be on an empty stomach before the examination and cannot eat 8 to 12 hours before the examination. You can drink a small amount of water. In addition, do not eat greasy food or drink alcohol 1 to 2 days before the examination.

Blood test two and a half

Hepatitis B two-pair-a-half test is the most commonly used serum marker for detecting hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in domestic hospitals. There are three pairs of hepatitis B virus immunological markers, namely surface antigen (HBsAg) and surface antibody (anti-HBs or HBsAb), e antigen (HBeAg) and e antibody (anti-HBe or HBeAb), core antigen (HBcAg) and core antibody (anti-HBc or HBcAb). The hepatitis B two-pair-and-a-half test is also known as the hepatitis B five-item test. Its significance lies in: checking whether the person is infected with hepatitis B and the specific situation of the infection, and distinguishing between big triple positive and small triple positive.

Precautions

1. The blood test must be done on an empty stomach. Do not eat 8-12 hours before blood collection, but you can drink a small amount of water. This is especially true for those who are having their liver function checked for the first time.

2. It is best to avoid alcohol and drugs the day before the blood test.

Normal value

The hepatitis B two-pair-and-a-half test is divided into qualitative test and quantitative test. In the qualitative test and quantitative test, the normal values of the hepatitis B two-pair-and-a-half are different.

1. In the two-pair qualitative test for hepatitis B, the order of items is as follows: hepatitis B virus surface antigen HBsAg, hepatitis B virus surface antibody HBsAb, hepatitis B virus e antigen HBeAg, hepatitis B virus e antibody HBeAb, hepatitis B virus core antibody HBcAb, "-" means negative, "+" means positive, and the normal situation is as follows:

1-----: Not infected with HBV in the past or present.

2----+: (1) Anti-HBs could not be detected in the previous infection; (2) HBsAg disappeared during the recovery period, but anti-HBs has not yet appeared; (3) Asymptomatic HBsAg carrier.

3-+---: (1) Immunity due to injection of hepatitis B vaccine; (2) Previous infection; ③ False positive.

2. In the two-pair-and-a-half quantitative test for hepatitis B, the normal values of the two-pair-and-a-half values for hepatitis B are ①HBsAg: <0.5ng/ml (nanogram/milliliter) ②HBsAb: <=10MIU/ml ③HBeAg<=0.5PEI U/ml ④HBeAb: when HBeAb is quantitative <=0.2PEI U/ml ⑤HBcAb: <=0.9PEI U/ml.
