Bee venom therapy is a type of biological therapy. It uses the stinging organ at the tail of the bee as acupuncture. The needle is inserted into the meridians, joints and other parts of the human body. The sealed organ will naturally fall off into the human body, and its toxins will penetrate into the human body little by little. The bee venom will completely penetrate into the human body. Bee venom therapy is mainly used to treat rheumatism, arthritis, neurasthenia, gout, migraine and other diseases. The specific introduction of bee venom therapy is given in the interview. Specific methods 1. Live bee sting; 2. Scattered bee stings; 3. Bee venom injection; 4. Bee products. Indications Rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gout, neurasthenia, sciatica, cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc disease, trigeminal neuralgia, neuritis, migraine, bronchial asthma, urticaria, allergic rhinitis, bone and joint pain, chronic ulcers of the lower limbs, adnexitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, insomnia, stiff neck, contusion, cancer pain, etc. Treatment Generally, treatment is given once a day and one course of treatment is one month. Generally, there are 1-2 courses of treatment. However, for stubborn diseases such as rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and postpartum rheumatism, 30 treatments are required to complete one course of treatment. Severe cases require 3-5 courses of treatment. 1. Live bee sting method Live bee sting is a traditional and ancient bee venom therapy, which is a method of using live bees to directly sting the selected parts (usually the pain points plus other acupuncture points selected according to meridian theory) to allow the bee venom to enter the subcutaneous tissue. Direct bee stings were used to treat rheumatic fever in some countries centuries ago and still have therapeutic value today. This method not only mechanically stimulates the human meridians, but also automatically injects an appropriate amount of bee venom into the skin, which also has a pharmacological effect. The local flushing and congestion secondary to the bee sting also has a warming effect. It is a composite acupuncture and moxibustion method that combines acupuncture, medicine and moxibustion, and is simple, cheap and convenient. Clinical practice at home and abroad has shown that the live bee sting method is more effective than other bee venom therapies. This is because the bee sting can make all the substances in the venom enter the human body, especially the volatile substances cannot escape. The volatile substances in bee venom are lost in the process of collecting bee venom and processing it into injection. This may be the reason why bee venom injection is often not as effective as bee sting. 2. Scattered Needle Method The scattered sting method is a light stimulation method. After routine disinfection of the treatment area, pull out the bee sting from the tail with tweezers. The best clamping position is 1/3 of the sting. Too high or too low will affect the contraction of the bee stinging organ and the discharge of bee venom and pinch off the sting. The stinger should be used immediately after being pulled out to prevent the venom from being discharged and affecting the efficacy. Therefore, the sting should be performed quickly. When the stinger just pierces the skin, it should be lifted up and the second point should be pierced. 4 to 5 or even 8 to 10 points should be pierced along the meridians on the affected area or related parts. The key points of acupuncture are: the needle does not leave the tweezers, and the needle is removed by a single prick. The scattered needling method is basically painless or slightly painful. This micro-stimulation has a special effect on adjusting the meridians of the "skin" and "collaterals". Scattered acupuncture injection is suitable for the skin areas of the fourteen meridians, ear points and head and face, such as the treatment of facial paralysis, trigeminal neuralgia, facial nerve spasm, neuralgic headache, etc. 3. Ziwu Liuzhu Bee Needle Acupuncture Therapy Modern chronobiomedical research shows that various physiological and biochemical activities in the body almost follow a circadian rhythm. Through clinical practice and experimental research, it has been confirmed that the bee needle acupoint therapy with timed acupoint opening is superior to the simple bee needle acupoint therapy without timed acupoint opening. According to the observation results: there was no significant difference in the total effective rate among Ziwu Liuzhu bee needle acupoint therapy, bee needle acupoint therapy, and bee venom acupoint injection therapy (P>0.05), but the cure rate of Ziwu Liuzhu bee needle acupoint therapy was significantly higher than that of bee needle acupoint therapy and bee venom acupoint injection (P<0.01), indicating that Ziwu Liuzhu bee needle acupoint therapy, because it conforms to the rhythm of the rise and fall of qi and blood in the human body, can more effectively exert the therapeutic effect of bee venom, thus improving the clinical efficacy. 4. Bee venom injection Although the bee sting method is effective and easy to perform, it requires the maintenance of bee colonies, otherwise it cannot be carried out; in the winter in cold areas, the bee colonies enter the hibernation period, which is not conducive to bee sting therapy. The above disadvantages can be overcome if the bee venom is collected and made into a dry powder or injection preparation. Therefore, bee venom preparations are used to treat diseases both at home and abroad. Bee venom injection is to inject bee venom injection solution intradermally, subcutaneously, intramuscularly or into acupuncture points. The clinical reference dose is 1 to 3 mg/day, and the maximum dose is 5 mg/day. Acupoint injection dosage: 0.3 ml for each acupoint on the head and face, 0.5 ml for each acupoint on the chest and back, 0.5-1 ml for each acupoint on the limbs, 1.5-2 ml for each acupoint on the waist and thighs. Ding Zhixian from Nanjing Postal Hospital used bee venom injection and acupoint blockade alternately to treat 56 cases of sciatica, migraine, and trigeminal neuralgia. The total effective rate was 97% and the cure rate was 85% according to clinical observation. |
