How to treat hemorrhoid thrombosis

How to treat hemorrhoid thrombosis

People with hemorrhoids often show symptoms of blood clots, which not only cause pain, itching and other symptoms, but also are prone to bloody stools and infection. At this time, regular treatment should be carried out in time and corresponding examinations should be done. Some external hemorrhoid ointments can be used for treatment, which can achieve a good anti-inflammatory and bactericidal effect. In addition, for patients with recurrent attacks, some traditional Chinese medicines for clearing heat and cooling blood can also be taken.

1. Go to the hospital for relevant examinations

First of all, if conditions permit, you should go to the hospital for relevant examinations to rule out possibilities other than hemorrhoids. Doctors in hospitals will basically recommend surgery, but remember that no matter what you think, unless it is an acute attack, do not be hospitalized immediately. You can first receive conservative treatment and observe for a period of time before deciding whether to undergo surgery.

2. External hemorrhoid cream

After confirming that it is hemorrhoids, it is recommended to use XXX hemorrhoid cream externally. I use 20g, which has 6 injection heads, which should be enough. After using the hemorrhoid cream, as long as it is not acute pain, the symptoms should be basically relieved. I have been taking medicine and have no pain in my daily life.

3. Take some Chinese medicine to clear heat and cool blood

Because hemorrhoids are a symptom of damp heat from the perspective of medical science, it is best to take some Chinese medicine for clearing heat and cooling blood while using hemorrhoid cream. I am currently using Diyu Sophora japonica Pills. The effect is not very obvious, but you have to persist in it for a long time. At least as long as you pay attention to a light diet, it will not lead to worsening of the condition.

4. Take vitamin C tablets

In addition, you can also take vitamin C tablets every day, and eat mainly crude fiber foods for three meals a day, such as: celery, oats, leeks, apples, mung beans, broad beans... etc., and avoid eating hot foods, and try to reduce the consumption of warm foods.

Thrombosed external hemorrhoids are a common clinical disease, often caused by overeating spicy food, straining when going to the toilet, rupture of subcutaneous veins around the anus, and blood stasis under the skin. Clinically, the main symptoms are patient consciousness of anal swelling, pain and foreign body sensation. Examination may reveal grape-like dark purple swellings under the skin around the anus or in the anal canal, sometimes accompanied by mild erosion and bleeding on the surface.
