What's wrong with high serum low-density lipoprotein

When serum low-density lipoprotein increases, we should be vigilant. For example, Japanese people rarely suffer from high blood lipids and coronary heart disease, which is said to be related to their love of eating marine fish; the Eskimos living in the Arctic eat a lot of marine fish and have no coronary heart disease.

4. Patients with hyperlipidemia should often eat black fungus and shiitake mushrooms:
