What are the treatments for closed acne

The so-called closed acne refers to the phenomenon that the body's endocrine system is out of balance, and the stratum corneum on the surface of the skin is too thick, so closed acne occurs. Closed acne is a type of acne that is difficult to cure. If it is not properly cared for during the treatment process, closed acne can easily become serious and turn into pimples. There are several aspects to the treatment of closed acne.

1. Strengthen skin cleansing

On the basis of strengthening daily cleaning, exfoliating on time can keep the pores smooth. Prepare makeup remover and cleansing products, thoroughly cleanse your face, and regularly remove aging facial cuticles. At the same time, strengthen moisturizing and regulate the water and oil conditions of the skin. If you improve these points, your skin's closed acne will show significant improvement after one month.

2. If you want to quickly remove closed acne, acne removal products that can be taken orally and applied externally are our first choice.

It also needs to be combined with good living habits. Develop a good habit of going to bed early and getting up early to ensure adequate sleep. Do not abuse cosmetics and drugs; do not eat spicy, fried and other irritating foods, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits; drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, and remember to drink a glass of warm water when you wake up. We must also maintain a good attitude towards problems and remember not to act hastily.

3. Separate care for T and U zones

Closed acne usually grows in the T-zone which is prone to oiliness, so it needs to be cared for in different areas. Use oil-control products on the T-zone and moisturize your cheeks to balance the oil and water content of your face. The condition of closed acne will improve a lot.

4. Use a cotton swab to squeeze closed acne

Because there are a lot of bacteria on your hands, if you can't help squeezing the pimples with your hands, they will become infected. If you must do it yourself, you can only use two clean cotton swabs to press hard on both sides of the pimple after cleansing your skin until the linear secretions in the pimple are eliminated. After each squeeze, you need to use a new cotton swab to clean the wound, and then apply a mild, soothing toner.

5. Rinse with salt water

Salt water has anti-inflammatory and bactericidal effects, and can inhibit the occurrence of acne to a certain extent. It is especially effective for early closed acne. Rinse the acne-affected areas with 15 grams of salt water 1-2 times a day, and the formation of closed comedones can be suppressed in 2-3 days. However, be aware that salt water with too high a concentration can cause skin dehydration and deterioration, so use it with caution.

6. Seek treatment from traditional Chinese medicine

While continuing to do your beauty work, please go see a Chinese medicine doctor first to regulate your endocrine problems. By taking Chinese medicine internally and caring for the skin externally to achieve both symptomatic and root treatment, the problem of closed acne will naturally be solved.
