How to make waterless baked chicken wings:

1. Wash the chicken wings and wipe dry;

2. Smash the onion and ginger, add them to the bowl with the chicken wings, remove the leaves of the coriander, smash the roots, add them to the chicken wings, knead for a few minutes, then add the salt-baked chicken powder, continue kneading to make it evenly flavored;
