What disease is it that causes something to grow at the urethral opening?

If something grows at the urethral opening, it actually poses a great threat to the health of the urethra. If it affects the width of the urethra, it will also affect the behavior of urination. If something grows at the urethral opening, there are several possible diseases, such as acute urethritis, nonspecific urethritis, gonococcal urethritis, etc. These diseases all need to be treated in a regular hospital.

1. Symptoms of acute urethritis: There is a lot of urethral secretions, which are mucous at the beginning and gradually become purulent. There is burning pain in the urethra during urination, frequent urination and urgency. In severe cases, urethral spasm may occur. During the first urination in the early morning, a small amount of serous secretion can be seen at the urethral opening.

2. Symptoms of chronic urethritis: Patients with chronic urethritis have less secretions and mild symptoms. Some patients may generally have no symptoms, or only a small amount of serous secretions can be seen near the urethral opening during the first urination in the early morning. The urination irritation symptoms are not as obvious as in the acute phase, and there are mild tingling, burning, itching or tingling sensations.

3. Symptoms of nonspecific urethritis: In the early stage of nonspecific urethritis in men, the urethral opening will be red, swollen, itchy and slightly stinging, followed by purulent discharge from the urethral opening, which gradually worsens. The urethra needs to be squeezed by hand to see the discharge. If you do not urinate for a long time or before the first urination in the morning, the discharge from the urethral opening can sometimes contaminate the underwear/pants and form a sticky paste that can seal the urethral opening.

4. Symptoms of gonococcal urethritis : The mucous secretions of the urethra gradually increase and overflow from the urethral orifice. After a few days of infection, the gonococci invade the entire anterior urethra, and pus flows to the urethral orifice and overflows. You can squeeze the pus or mucus from the base of the penis to the urethral orifice with your hands.
