How to store dry bird's nest

There are two types of bird's nests, dry and moist. The storage methods of dry bird's nests and moist bird's nests are different. 1. Preservation of Dried Bird's Nest

2. Store at room temperature

6. Leftover instant bird’s nest

The leftover instant bird's nest can be put into a bag and refrigerated directly. Because it contains sugar and other substances, it can generally be stored for 3 days.

Precautions for storing instant bird's nest

Pay attention to moisture-proof and take it out regularly for inspection. If it is damp, it needs to be blown dry for storage. Bird's nest cannot be hit by the sun directly, otherwise it will seriously affect the quality of the bird's nest. The damp bird's nest must be air-dried. If there is slight mildew, dip your toothbrush in a little water and scrub it off. However, if the bird's nest is moldy or even turns black, it cannot be eaten. What needs to be distinguished is that moldy bird's nest is not necessarily moldy. Some old bird's nests or slightly damp bird's nests will produce a slight musty smell.
