The mass can be seen involving the large blood vessels in the neck and the pharyngeal fossa and surrounding fat space can be seen to disappear.

2. Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a common malignant tumor. Its pathological type is generally squamous cell carcinoma. Its typical symptoms are nasal congestion and nosebleed. CT mainly shows growth of soft tissue in the nasopharyngeal area.
