Ear massage is good for health care

Modern people not only have heavy work loads but also are under great pressure. However, they don't have any special way to relax quickly. There are many massage techniques in traditional Chinese medicine. Experiencing a lean massage is a magical experience. However, this kind of professional massage is usually expensive. If you do it yourself and try ear massage, you will gain a lot.

1. Ear tip lifting method:

Use the thumb and index finger of both hands to pinch the upper part of the ear, first knead this area, then pull it upwards until the area becomes congested and hot, 15-20 times each time. The acupoints here include Shenmen, pelvic cavity, internal and external genitals, feet, ankles, knees, hip joints, as well as Ganyang point and Fengxi point.

2. Massage the earlobe up and down and pull it outwards:

Use your thumb and index finger to press and knead the earlobe up and down to make it hot, then pull the ear outwards 15-20 times. The earlobe mainly has reaction areas for acupoints such as the cervical vertebrae, lumbar vertebrae, thoracic vertebrae, lumbar vertebrae, shoulders, and elbows.

3. Pull down the earlobe method:

First, knead and rub the earlobe to warm it up, then pull the earlobe down 15-20 times to make it hot. The acupoints on the earlobe include the head, forehead, eyes, tongue, teeth, and cheeks.

4. Press the ear cavity:

First, press the depression at the edge of the opening of the external auditory canal. This is where the heart, lung, trachea, triple burner and other acupoints are located. Press 15-20 times until this area becomes noticeably warm. Then press the depression on the upper side. This is where the spleen, stomach, liver, gallbladder, large intestine, small intestine, kidney, bladder and other acupoints are located. Also rub and press back and forth 15-20 times.

The four ear massage techniques just introduced basically massage every part of the ear. The degree of massage must feel warm and burning, which will obviously promote blood circulation in the ear. This therapeutic information will be transmitted to the corresponding organs through the conduction meridians in the body, improving the functions of the corresponding organs and playing a role in curing diseases and health care.

Step 5

Use the index finger and middle finger to push along the lower ear root to the upper ear root. Place the middle finger in front of the ear and the index finger behind the ear. Use both fingers to push upwards with force. Push about 40-50 times. After pushing, not only the ear will feel hot, but the face and head will also feel noticeably hot. This has a very good effect on brain health, treating headaches, dizziness, neurasthenia, tinnitus, etc. And it also has obvious beauty effects. Ladies who love beauty may as well try it. Massage the ears according to the method I taught you, and then push the front and back of the ear roots vigorously. After doing a set of exercises, in a maximum of 10 minutes, your face will feel noticeably hot. When the blood circulation in the face is significantly increased, it will naturally bring sufficient nutrition to the facial skin, and also enhance the excretion of metabolic products. With regular massage, you will see that your face becomes radiant and elastic.

Finally, use your ten fingers to dry comb your hair. This can stimulate the meridians in the head, increase blood circulation in the brain, lower blood pressure, and effectively treat and prevent the occurrence of cerebral arteriosclerosis and cerebral thrombosis. The number of times you comb your hair with your hands should not be less than 30-40 times each time.
