What is the difference between getting angry and getting inflamed

Sometimes we feel like there is a ball of fire in our body, we always feel hot and have poor appetite. Some people will have blisters in their nose and mouth, these symptoms mean that they are getting angry. But when I went to the hospital to see a doctor, Western medicine said it was inflammation. This was very confusing. Are getting a fever and inflammation the same disease? What is the difference between getting angry and inflammation?

After research, experts found that getting a sore throat is closely related to inflammation in the body, and getting a sore throat is actually a manifestation of inflammation in the body. According to my understanding, the word "getting angry" is usually said by Chinese medicine practitioners, while Western medicine calls it inflammation.

Experts suggest that inflammation in the human body is directly related to free radicals. If you often consume excessive amounts of foods containing free radicals in your daily life, such as fried and grilled foods, your human cells will be damaged. If the diet is unbalanced and food is not selected properly, the cells and organs in the body will not function perfectly, the body's immunity and inflammation regulation will be in an unfavorable state, and chronic inflammation may easily occur, which is the phenomenon of getting "hot".

Nowadays, the production and processing processes of food are different from the past. Livestock such as cattle, chickens and ducks have changed from free-range to captive, and the food they are fed is mostly highly processed.

Symptoms of getting angry

Red eyes, toothache, and mouth ulcers are all symptoms of getting "heat". Some people may also experience itchy ears, boils, and acne. In short, most problems occur on the head and face. There is a phrase called "xiaogushanhun", which means that one can eat a lot and no matter how much he eats, it is never enough, so he keeps eating. This is actually a manifestation of getting angry. In addition to problems with the head and face, constipation and bad breath are also two symptoms of getting angry. Even burps have a sour smell. Another symptom is pain when urinating. In addition to constipation, diarrhea may also be caused by getting too hot.

The cause of getting a sore throat may be related to the season, especially in winter. Therefore, people should eat more nutritious foods and more meat in winter. Furthermore, the cause of getting angry is also related to one's work. If the work pressure is too high and one's desires are too strong, bad mood may lead to getting angry.
