At present, the number of patients with heart disease is gradually increasing. Many patients are prone to sudden heart attacks if they don't pay attention in their daily lives. If there is a heart disease patient in the family, the family members are better to master some first aid methods for sudden heart attacks, so as not to be in a hurry when the accident happens and miss the most important first aid opportunity for sudden heart attacks. There are several aspects of first aid measures for sudden heart attacks: 1. Emergency telephone number Call 120 emergency number as soon as possible. 2. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation While waiting for the ambulance, if the patient suddenly falls to the ground, becomes unconscious, has convulsions in the face and limbs, and looks ugly, it means that cardiac arrest may occur. At this time, electric defibrillation is a key measure to save lives. If there is no professional defibrillator, family members can quickly lay the patient on his back and perform a chest tap (place the fist 20 to 30 cm above the center of the chest, and tap downward forcefully once), followed by cardiopulmonary resuscitation, first doing heart compressions and then artificial respiration. 3. Emergency medication Immediately take a tablet of nitroglycerin or 5 to 10 quick-acting heart-saving pills. It will usually take effect within 30 seconds to 1 minute. If you can find aspirin, you can take one tablet. If after 5 minutes, the patient does not show any relief, repeat the procedure by taking one nitroglycerin tablet and 5-10 quick-acting heart-saving pills (one more tablet can be taken after 3-5 minutes, up to a maximum of 3 tablets). Note that this should be taken sublingually. If the angina pectoris does not subside for more than 15 minutes and gastrointestinal ulcers and other bleeding conditions have been ruled out, you can take three tablets of aspirin (150-300 mg) orally at a time. 4. Ventilation and quietness There are two common types of heart attacks: angina pectoris and myocardial infarction. A myocardial infarction is a severe attack of angina pectoris. If coronary heart disease has been confirmed, if symptoms such as chest tightness, shortness of breath or chest squeezing pain occur, before the arrival of emergency personnel, let the patient maintain a comfortable position, such as a semi-recumbent position. If conditions permit, let him/her breathe oxygen. The patient must be laid down on his back immediately, preferably in a ventilated and quiet place, and the patient's collar and the female patient's bra should be unbuttoned to allow the patient to breathe more smoothly. During the entire process, be sure not to move the patient around, because inappropriate movement of the patient may worsen the condition. |
