Manifestations of mental illness

Headache, insomnia, fatigue, inattention, emotional instability, etc. When using the brain, the mind is easily excited, and the person is very sensitive to sound and light. It is difficult to fall asleep, and after sleeping, one has many dreams and feels tired after waking up. Eventually, the person loses the sense of sleep and has a disordered sleep-wake rhythm.
