In the long run, it can easily lead to mental illness. People with mental illness are prone to severe insomnia, dizziness, mood swings, and talking to themselves.

Manifestations of mental illness

1. Dizziness and insomnia

Headache, insomnia, fatigue, inattention, emotional instability, etc. When using the brain, the mind is easily excited, and the person is very sensitive to sound and light. It is difficult to fall asleep, and after sleeping, one has many dreams and feels tired after waking up. Eventually, the person loses the sense of sleep and has a disordered sleep-wake rhythm.

2. Personality changes

Personality changes are a common manifestation of mental illness. Generally speaking, a person who was originally enthusiastic and sociable becomes cold and distant, withdrawn and unsociable, taciturn, likes to be alone, avoids relatives and friends and is hostile, lives a lazy and undisciplined life. Or a well-educated person may become rude, lose his temper, and be impolite to others.

3. Emotional changes

Emotional changes are also a manifestation of mental illness. Early-stage mental illness patients often show high spirits, complacency, arrogance, meddling in other people's affairs, bragging, boasting, not finishing things, and losing temper; or low mood, melancholy, and frowning.

4. Adhere to regular outpatient check-ups

To prevent mental illness, first of all, we must insist on regular outpatient checkups so that the doctor can continuously and dynamically understand the condition, keep the patient under the medical supervision of a psychiatrist, and adjust the dosage of medication in time according to changes in the condition.
