Talus osteochondral injury is a type of ankle cartilage injury (in addition to talus osteochondral injury, tibia cartilage injury may also occur), and it is very common in clinical practice. The main manifestation is partial articular cartilage exfoliation, which affects the deeper subchondral bone.
