There is also a purple-red cabbage, also called purple cabbage.

3. The difference between the two

Although both cabbage and shredded cabbage are spherical in shape with the heart wrapped inside, there are still subtle differences. The leaves of cabbage are wrapped tightly, thick and have many layers. Although the heart of cabbage is also wrapped, if you cut it with a knife, you will find that its leaves are very loose and the shape of the heart is like a heart. At the same time, the benefits of cabbage are not as great as those of white cabbage.
