When the weather gets hot, people tend to sweat under their armpits, which will emit a bad odor and affect the people around them. So everyone must pay attention to this. Adults have many sweat glands under their armpits, which can secrete about 15 liters of sweat every day, most of which is body heat and moisture. The more sweat you sweat under your armpits, the better your body's excretion system is. You can use deodorant products or roller-type perfume to clean your armpits. The average adult body has 3 to 4 million sweat glands, which produce 15 liters of fluid a day. Nearly 99% of sweat is water, which helps the body dissipate heat and regulate body temperature. The armpits are home to the apocrine sweat glands, so you can use some roll-on antiperspirant products to inhibit the secretion of sweat from the apocrine sweat glands. It does no harm to the body. Because the human body's sweat is discharged through the apocrine sweat glands and the eccrine sweat glands respectively, controlling the secretion of the underarm sweat glands has no effect on the body. Because the apocrine sweat glands and eccrine sweat glands have different structures, the sweat they secrete and excrete also differ in composition and properties. The sweat components secreted by the apocrine sweat glands include carbohydrates, proteins, pyruvic acid, iron, ammonia and lipids, while the sweat components of the eccrine sweat glands, except for trace amounts of salt, are almost all water. Therefore, controlling the secretion of underarm sweat glands can also prevent the deterioration of sugars and proteins caused by bacteria and the production of odor. Use antiperspirants: Usually, antiperspirant and deodorant products contain a large amount of bactericidal and odor-eliminating ingredients, which can penetrate into the skin through the pores and directly act on the sweat glands, reducing the secretion of sweat in the human body, especially under the armpits. Applying them to parts of the body that are prone to sweating before going out or after bathing can reduce the amount of sweating by half. At the same time, antiperspirant and deodorant products will start by inhibiting bacterial reproduction, decomposing, changing or absorbing the bacteria and components that cause sweat odor. Therefore, as long as you carry such an antiperspirant with you in this hot summer season, you will no longer be troubled by bad odors, and you will no longer be irritated by the stickiness of your body caused by sweating. When using a roller-type deodorant, the antiperspirant effect will be more obvious if you tilt or invert the bottle for a moment to allow the antiperspirant to fully contact the roller ball, and then apply it evenly to the sweaty areas under the armpits. |
