If you use dried lilies to make soup, porridge or sugar water, you only need to soak them in clean or warm water for a while, wash off the dirt and impurities on the dried lilies, and then put them directly into the pot and stew them until they are soft.

Some people say that dried lilies that have not been soaked taste sour or bitter. In fact, this is not a problem with the dried lilies not being soaked, but a problem with the quality of the dried lilies you purchased.

Dried lilies can be used to make tea without being soaked. Take an appropriate amount of dried lily and put it in a teacup. First, brew it with boiling water for several times, pour it out, and when the dried lily turns transparent or milky white, pour in boiling water again to make tea for drinking.
