Introduction to the treatment of mild fatty liver

Even mild fatty liver can have adverse effects on human health, so no matter who is affected by these diseases, they must understand effective treatments, exercise reasonably in life, develop good eating habits, reduce fat calorie intake, and consult a doctor to use some medications.

1. Exercise therapy:

Types of exercise: People with mild fatty liver mainly choose whole-body low-intensity dynamic exercise aimed at training the whole body's strength and endurance, which is commonly known as aerobic exercise, such as jogging, medium-to-fast walking, cycling, going up and down stairs, climbing hills, etc. However, for people living in cities, even resting is a luxury, let alone taking time out for exercise. People with mild fatty liver can try to take some time to do moderate exercise, which is extremely helpful for the treatment of mild fatty liver.

2. Diet therapy:

As we all know, the sources of heat energy are protein, fat and carbohydrates in food, and the amount required is related to factors such as age, gender and type of work. Excessive energy intake can cause a person to gain weight and increase fat synthesis, thereby accelerating fatty degeneration of liver cells. Therefore, a reasonable diet should be developed and adhered to. A diet rich in lipophilic substances such as lean meat, fish, egg whites and fresh vegetables, and high-fiber foods can help increase satiety and control blood sugar and blood lipids, which is especially important for mild fatty liver caused by overnutrition.

3. Drug treatment:

So far, there is no effective drug to prevent and treat fatty liver. Generally, liver cell protection, fat-removing drugs and antioxidants are commonly used.
