How to effectively recover from 600-degree myopia?

Myopia of 600 degrees can be said to be a relatively serious myopia problem. If you want to recover, you can use some methods in life, such as doing more rotation training on the eyes, or using the mind meditation method and crystal gymnastics therapy introduced above.

1. How to operate the flash

The so-called eye rolling means that the eyeballs rotate rapidly in the eye sockets while closing the eyes and then suddenly opening them. Your vision will suddenly have a sense of clarity as if you were wearing glasses. The more you practice, the longer the clarity will last and the more controllable it will be. (The secret lies in the super recovery function of the jerkin muscle.)

When practicing, you usually look at the scenery far ahead, such as green trees and green mountains. The method is: place your palm 5 cm in front of your eyes, look carefully at the palm lines through your glasses, then suddenly withdraw your palm and look into the distance. After one minute, place your palms in front of your eyes again. Practice like this repeatedly. This will increase the elasticity of the lens.

As for the time to exercise, I practice whenever I have free time. Every second is good. It is the accumulation of these little bits and pieces that offsets the 500 degrees!
