The hazards of excessive protein

The hazards of excessive protein

The nutrients our bodies need every day require protein. Some people have weak constitutions, so they often listen to the advice of people in pharmacies and buy protein powder to take. This is because protein powder can not only increase our body volume, but also help increase our body energy and calories. Many fitness people use it, but if the protein exceeds the standard, the harm can be great, so protein intake must be moderate and should be taken according to the body's needs.

Steps/Methods:

1. If the protein is relatively high, people's adrenal cortex will often show signs of decline, which can easily affect the health of the kidneys. Therefore, it is recommended to control the amount of protein. People with kidney diseases are advised to eat less or no protein powder.

2. For some friends, too much protein can easily affect the health of the liver. Eventually it will cause cirrhosis of the liver or autoimmune hepatitis. The main reason is that too much protein puts a burden on the liver. Therefore, it is recommended to control protein intake.

3. The normal human body needs about 80 grams of protein per day. If the amount exceeds this amount, people may suffer from diarrhea, shock or other problems. Some friends may also have low total protein. Therefore, you should control your intake and avoid excessive intake.

Note:

Excess protein is not only a source of toxins, but also disrupts the osmotic balance of cells. Osmotic balance refers to the balance of fluid pressure inside and outside the cell membrane. When the balance is disturbed, water enters the cells, trying to restore the balance while also diluting the excess protein in the cells.
