Food preparation:

Main ingredients: barracuda, bean paste

Ingredients: ginger, garlic, onion, salt, sugar, cooking wine, dried chili pepper, oil, coriander, peppercorns, soy sauce, appropriate amounts

1. Scrape the scales off the pike, remove the internal organs, clean it, and make a few cuts on the back of the fish.

2. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic, peppercorns and dried chilies and stir-fry until fragrant.

1. Leave the pike whole and cut it into pieces to avoid the fish meat falling apart if stewed for too long.
